chopped Vidalia onion, diced jalapeno, balsamic vinegar, garlic salt, and onion powder.

Next take out a large wooden spoon and vigorously stir up the salsa until you have a consistent distribution of ingredients.

Once the watermelon rind salsa is done, seal your mixing bowl and place it into the refrigerator to
chill for one full hour before serving.
