To begin you should first take out a large sealable mixing bowl.
Add into the bowl the cubed skinless fresh watermelon rind, diced garden fresh cilantro, extra virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, crushed Planters salted cashews, ground chili powder, and table salt.
Once all of these tasty ingredients are within your bowl, seal it shut and then lightly toss it until you have a nice even mixture of ingredients.
