A friend of mine named Jackie from Arch Cape Oregon shared this watermelon rind cooler recipe with me. Creating the recipe is extremely easy. To begin first you will need to take out a blender, and then plug it in. Next add into the blender the skinless cubed watermelon rind, Dole pineapple juice, organic bees honey, fresh ground nutmeg, heavy cream, fresh peppermint sprigs, and the ten large size ice cubes. Blend these ingredients together until it is nice and pureed. As the water content within your watermelon rind will vary, simply add more pineapple juice to the mixture if you find that it is too thick after blending it.
