To get started, first you will need to prepare your watermelon rind. When you cut the rind into cubes, make sure to trim off all of the outer green skin.

Next take out a blender, and then add into the vessel the fresh mint leaves, cubed watermelon rind, vanilla yogurt, liquid bees honey, and fresh ground cinnamon.

Blend these ingredients together until your smoothie reaches a desired thickness and consistency.
