Preparation instruction

1
I would like to thank Brittany of Cannon Beach Oregon for sending us this amazing watermelon rind sangria recipe.
2
To get started with the preparation process first you will need to take out a blender and plug it in. Add into the blender nine cups of fresh skinless cubed watermelon rind, blending them until they are a smooth puree.
3
Next take out a large pitcher, and strain the watermelon rind puree into the vessel using a mesh strainer.
4
Next pour the dry white wine, vodka, simple syrup, and triple sec into the pitcher. Using a long wooden mixing spoon, rapidly stir the contents until they are thoroughly combined.
5
Next add in the last three cups of watermelon rind, fresh quartered lemon, sliced orange, and blueberries.
6
Stir the ingredients again, and then place the sangria into the refrigerator to chill for four full hours. Once the watermelon rind sangria has chilled, serve it in wine or cocktail glasses.
