McCormick brand seasonings and spices are extremely high quality, I would even go so far as to say they are the best seasoning and spice manufacturer in the United States. Their products are also readily available for purchase in just about any grocery store in the country. I believe most of their products are fair trade, meaning you don't have to worry about any local workers having been exploited in the production or harvesting of the cinnamon in this case. If in doubt, you can also visit various health food stores and buy brandless certified organic fair trade cinnamon sticks, however you will pay a premium for them, and there is still is no guarantee they are indeed fair trade or organic.
