  • 1 Cup Of Fresh Cubed Skinless Watermelon Rind
  • 3/4 Cup Of Bacardi Superior White Rum
  • 1/4 Cup Of Cold Sprite Lemon Lime Soda Pop
  • 2 Tablespoons Of La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 6 Cups Of Crushed Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Of White Superfine Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Of Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 Cup Of Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 Cup Of Whipped Cream (Optional Garnish)

To begin you will first need to take out a sharp kitchen knife, and then skin and cube your fresh watermelon rind.

Next take out a blender and plug it in. Add into the blender the fresh cubed watermelon rind, Bacardi Superior white rum, Sprite lemon lime soda pop, sweetened condensed milk, crushed ice, white superfine sugar, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and fresh squeezed lime juice.

Blend all of these ingredients together until they form a nice smooth icy texture. Serve the daiquiris in proper cocktail glasses, each garnished with a spoon of whipped cream swirled on top of the drink.
